    How do you drill a hole in a front license plate?
    Time: 5 minutes
    Necessary Items:
    Tools: drill, pencil

    If you want to drill holes in your license plate or bracket, here’s how:

    1. Mark that spot.
      Measure 5.3 inches left and 2.375 inches up from your license plate center. Mark that spot using a pencil.
    2. Do the same.
      Do the same - only go left and down, right and up, right and down, traveling 5.3” vertically and 2.375” horizontally of center.
    3. Use a drill.
      Use a drill to turn those pencil marks into holes .3125” wide.
    4. Complete.
      You now have a license plate with 4 perfect drill holes!
