How do you paint a license plate?

Want to re-paint an old license plate frame? Here’s how you do it.

1. Remove all paint.
   Remove all existing paint using paint stripper and a cloth. If necessary, get a steel wool scrub to help.
2. Apply etching primer.
   Apply at least one coat of etching primer.
3. Apply epoxy paint.
   Apply at least one coat of epoxy paint. Use different colors as necessary.
4. Apply clear paint.
   Apply a coat of clear paint to seal your newly repainted frame.

Make sure to use gloves, masks and other accessories through as necessary.
