What tool do you need to put on a license plate?

There are three things you need to put on a license plate. First, some screws. Second, a Philips or a flathead screwdriver. Third – if you want to avoid putting holes in your actual license plate, get a license plate holder first. Specific situations may also call for electric drills, socket wrenches and a bubble level - but this is the exception rather than the norm!
